All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of payment. If you need something sooner, please email me and I will try my best to accomodate you. Please allow extra time for major holidays.

6% Sales Tax will be added to orders in WV.

USA & Canada- Your order total does not include shipping charges. All orders will be weighed for actual shipping charges.The total amount will be emailed to you for your approval. Please do not pay until I invoice you with the total amount.

We currently accept direct payments via PayPal and credit cards through PayPal ( you do not need a PayPal Account to purchase with a credit card ). We also accept Checks and Money Orders. COD for local customers only.

If purchasing via Check or Money Order please keep in mind that shipping will be delayed until Check or Money Order clears.

Acceptable Returns:

Items Broken during shipping, such as Jars or Bath and Body Packaging.

You must contact us & return the item to us in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving the item.

You will receive a full refund ( minus S&H ) or have the choice to exchange your item.

Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions.

For Health & Safety reasons, bath & body products are non-returnable unless damaged during shipment.

All other items are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective (ex. candle not burning properly) . I will be happy to replace a defective product if burning instructions are followed & the candle does not burn right. We can not accept returns on items because of the dislike of a scent or color. **If you would like to try a scent before buying a large candle, we sell single wax melts (tarts) and mini candle jars.**

All items are handmade and hand poured, so please understand that each product is unique and no items/colors will be exactly the same.

Candles:

It is your responsibility to read the Candle Safety Page and follow safety instructions. We take no responsibility for any type of damage that may occur due to fire or misuse of our Products.

Bath, Body and Soap Products:

The information provided by "Pixiedust Scentsations" for our Bath and Body and Soap Products are not intended to diagnose or treat any skin problems or conditions.

The user shall determine the suitability of the products for his or her intended use and shall, if any, assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Seek medical attention if the condition persists.

Our bath & body products contain fragrance (unless labeled as unscented) & nut oils and butters. If you have nut allergies or allergies to fragrance, you should not use our products.

**If you would like, I can send you a list of ingredients before you purchase a certain product.**
